Laura completed her Doctorate in Public Health with a specialty in Lifestyle Medicine from Loma Linda University.  Dr. Laura has an extensive background in both biology and psychology and  uses that knowledge to form a healing process wherein physical,  emotional, and cognition are used to utilize a more comprehensive  approach to treatment.  She has worked in both medical hospitals and in  mental health institutions.  

Dr. Laura has written many scholarly  papers and spoken on topics ranging from nutrition, stress, menopause,  obesity, depression, anxiety, and human development

Dr. Laura is Board Certified as a Professional Counselor, Integrative Medicine Clinician, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a PTSD Clinician.

Dr. Brock  obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Biochemistry from Cornell  University, a Masters of Public Health from Tulane University School of  Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a Doctorate in Naturopathic  Medicine from National University of Health Sciences. As both a  Registered Dietitian, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)  and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Brock  recognizes the body's inherent ability to heal itself once the  underlying causes of illness are identified and removed.

Maureen’s culinary  team worked closely with dietitians to create life sustaining meals for  their 700-1300-person client base.  Since receiving her Master of  Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, Maureen has helped couples,  families, and individuals heal their trauma and approach their journey  of mental and physical wellness.

Michael serves as the Dean of Integrative & Functional  Medicine for John Patrick University of Health & Applied Sciences.  He is a classically trained chef from Johnson & Wales University, nutritionist and dietary manager. He earned a credential from Cornell University Division of Nutritional Sciences in Nutrition Counseling, along with continued education from  Harvard Medical School studying Nutrition & Metabolic Syndrome. Michael is a former high school Family & Consumer Sciences teacher and University Professor of  Culinary Nutrition. He has been recognized and nominated as Disney® Teacher of the  Year and a Golden Toque Honoree (Le Cordon Bleu). He is also published in Chef  Educator Today Magazine, and appeared in the Sun-Sentinel & Miami  Herald News, along with a food radio broadcast of, “Join Us at the  Table.
